Abstract
La presente investigación titulada “Promoción turística en los baños termales de Cconoc Curahuasi – 2024.”, tuvo como objetivo general, describir como es la promoción
turística en los baños termales de Cconoc Curahuasi – 2024. La metodología empleada es de tipo básico, nivel descriptivo y de corte transversal, se manejó un enfoque
cualitativo, ya que se aplicó la técnica de observación; la población durante el proceso de observación fue de 75 turistas que llegaron a los baños termales de Cconoc. La
investigación concluye que la promoción turística de los baños termales de Cconoc, es escasa debido a la poca promoción y la poca importancia que se le da al atractivo natural,
esto implica que su promoción turística es limitada debido al poco interés por parte de la autoridad local, asimismo regionales y de instituciones responsables de la promoción del
turismo. Lo cual, también se debe a la falta de uso de nuevas estrategias y herramientas para la promoción, ya que los baños termales de Cconoc tiene un gran potencial para que
se convierta en uno de los mejores baños termo medicinales de la región, asimismo cuenta con condiciones favorables, como el clima, la calidad del agua con propiedades
curativas, el paisaje, flora y fauna para la llegada de los turistas.
The present research entitled "Tourism promotion in the thermal baths of Cconoc Curahuasi – 2024.", had as a general objective, to describe how the tourism promotion in the thermal baths of Cconoc Curahuasi – 2024. The methodology used is basic, descriptive and cross-sectional, a qualitative approach was used, since the observation technique was applied; the population during the observation process was 75 tourists who arrived at the thermal baths of Cconoc. The research concludes that the tourist promotion of the thermal baths of Cconoc, is scarce due to the little promotion and the little importance given to the natural attraction, this implies that its tourist promotion is limited due to the little interest on the part of the local authority, as well as regional and institutions responsible for the promotion of tourism. This is also due to the lack of use of new strategies and tools for promotion, since the thermal baths of Cconoc have a great potential to become one of the best thermo medicinal baths in the region, it also has favorable conditions, such as the climate, the quality of the water with healing properties, the landscape, flora and fauna for the arrival of tourists.
