Abstract
El objetivo del presente estudio intitulado, «Gestión Municipal del Recurso Turístico de los Tres Cañones de Suyckutambo Espinar Cusco 2024», fue describir cómo es la gestión
municipal del recurso turístico de los Tres Cañones de Suyckutambo, que se encuentran en la provincia de Espinar, Cusco, será administrado por el gobierno local en el año 2024. El estudio aborda facetas esenciales como el Presupuesto Público, el Plan de Desarrollo y el Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial, haciendo hincapié en la importancia de una administración eficaz y sostenible para el crecimiento de la industria turística y el bienestar de la comunidad circundante. Se empleó el enfoque de la observación para recopilar los datos pertinentes mediante un diseño transversal no experimental y una metodología cualitativa descriptiva. Las conclusiones apuntan a deficiencias en el diseño, la aplicación y la supervisión de proyectos y políticas, que repercuten negativamente tanto en el crecimiento de la industria turística como en la preservación del medio ambiente. Para desarrollar el turismo en la zona, se sugiere crear iniciativas sostenibles, aumentar la participación pública y mejorar la asignación y ejecución presupuestarias
The objective of the present study entitled, "Municipal Management of the Tourist Resource of the Tres Cañones of Suyckutambo Espinar Cusco 2024," was to describe how the tourist resource of the Tres Cañones of Suyckutambo, located in the province of Espinar, Cusco, will be managed by the local government in the year 2024. The study addresses essential aspects such as the Public Budget, the Development Plan, and the Land Use Plan, emphasizing the importance of effective and sustainable management for the growth of the tourism industry and the well-being of the surrounding community. An observational approach was used to collect relevant data through a non-experimental cross-sectional design and a descriptive qualitative methodology. The conclusions point to deficiencies in the design, implementation, and supervision of projects and policies, which negatively affect both the growth of the tourism industry and the preservation of the environment. To develop tourism in the area, it is suggested to create sustainable initiatives, increase public participation, and improve budget allocation and execution.
