dc.description.abstractLa investigación intitulada “Tendencias del flujo de turistas y la oferta hotelera en establecimientos de hospedajes en la ciudad del Cusco periodos 2015-2024”, tuvo por objetivo general establecer la relación de las tendencias del flujo de turistas y la oferta hotelera en establecimientos de hospedajes en la ciudad del Cusco periodos 2015-2024, la metodología que se desarrollo fue de tipo cuantitativa de alcance correlacional, método hipotético deductivo, diseño no experimental, se aplicó la metodología de la Simulación de Monte Carlo en el programa estadístico de alto nivel RStudio, se determinó la relación entre el flujo de turistas y la oferta hotelera en los establecimientos de hospedaje de la ciudad del Cusco con un coeficiente de correlación de Pearson de 0.963 el cual evidencia una correlación positiva fuerte, se estableció la capacidad máxima de carga para el Santuario de Machu Picchu el cual estaría sobrepasando para el 2027 según las proyecciones realizadas.
dc.description.abstractThe research titled "Trends in Tourist Flow and Hotel Supply in Lodging Establishments in the City of Cusco, 2015-2024" aimed to establish the relationship between trends in tourist flow and hotel supply in lodging establishments in Cusco during the period 2015-2024. The study employed a quantitative methodology with a correlational scope, following a hypothetico-deductive method and a non-experimental design. The Monte Carlo Simulation methodology was applied using the high-level statistical software RStudio. The relationship between tourist flow and hotel supply in Cusco’s lodging establishments was determined, yielding a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.963, indicating a strong positive correlation between both variables. Additionally, the study established the maximum carrying capacity for the Machu Picchu Sanctuary, projecting that this threshold will be exceeded by 2027, based on the conducted projections.
