dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio se planteó como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre Capacitación y turismo sostenible en el Cañón de los espejos turquesa de la comunidad de Muñapata, Quispicanchi, Cusco 2024, se trabajó con una metodología de tipo básica, alcance descriptivo-correlacional, enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental de corte transversal, la población fueron los habitantes de la comunidad hallando una muestra de 65 personas, a quienes se les aplicó una encuesta que fue validad por expertos y que presentan la confiabilidad con el Alfa de Cronbach=0.925 con ambas variables. Los resultados indican que, la capacitación se presenta con un promedio de 2.99 y el desarrollo del turismo sostenible con 3.28 ambas variables muestran un nivel medianamente adecuado, con dichos valores, se determinó que hay relación entre la capacitación y el turismo sostenible en el atractivo turístico, evidenciándose que la significancia pvalor = 0.000 así mismo, se tiene el Rho de Spearman = 0.894 la misma que indica una correlación positiva alta.
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study was to determine the relationship that exists between Training and sustainable tourism in the Turquoise Mirror Canyon of the community of Muñapata, Quispicanchi, Cusco 2024, working with a basic methodology, descriptive-correlational scope, approach quantitative and non-experimental cross-sectional design, the population was the inhabitants of the community, finding a sample of 65 people, to whom a survey was applied that was validated by experts and which presented reliability with Cronbach's Alpha = 0.925 with both variables. The results indicate that training is presented with an average of 2.99 and the development of sustainable tourism with 3.28, both variables show a moderately adequate level, with these values, it was determined that there is a relationship between training and sustainable tourism in the tourist attraction. , showing that the significance pvalue = 0.000, likewise, we have Spearman's Rho = 0.894, which indicates a high positive correlation
