Abstract
La presente investigación, intitulada "El desempeño de los colaboradores de Sanctuary Lodge Machu Picchu 2023", tiene como objetivo general describir el desempeño laboral de los
colaboradores del Sanctuary Lodge Machu Picchu 2023. La metodología aplicada fue de enfoque descriptivo, con un diseño no experimental, transversal, de nivel descriptivo y tipo
básico. Se empleó la técnica de observación y la herramienta de ficha de observación entre los colaboradores del hotel. Finalmente se concluyó que si el hotel presenta diversas deficiencias en el desempeño laboral originadas por la falta de interés por parte de la organización por tener buenas relaciones interpersonales , las mismas que repercuten en la atención brindada a los huéspedes. Los trabajadores no tienen buena comunicación y esto origina conflictos durante la prestación del servicio.

The methodology applied was descriptive approach, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design, descriptive level and basic type. The observation technique and the observation sheet tool were used among the hotel collaborators. Finally, it was concluded that the hotel presents various deficiencies in work performance originating from the lack of interest on the part of the organization in having good interpersonal relationships, which affect the attention provided to guests. Workers do not have good communication and this causes conflicts during the provision of service.
