Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación intitulada “Gestión de talento humano y satisfacción laboral de Niños Hotel Cusco,2024”, tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la gestión de talento humano y la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de Niños Hotel, esta investigación tuvo como enfoque cuantitativo porque está basada en estadísticas, es tipo Aplicada, porque busca profundizar conceptos de las variables de este estudio. Tiene un nivel
correlacional, porque estableció relación entre las variables de estudio de talento humano y satisfacción laboral y el diseño fue no experimental porque no se manipulo porque no se manipulo ninguna variable. La población de la presente investigación es de 19 colaboradores de Niños Hotel; la técnica que se utilizo fue de encuesta y el instrumento cuestionario; Los resultados indican que existen una correlación positiva considerable de 0,516 entre la gestión de talento humano y satisfacción laboral en Niños Hotel Cusco, en conclusión se estableció que existe relación significativa y positiva entre la gestión de talento humano y la satisfacción laboral en Niños Hotel Cusco, por lo que se recomienda implementar mejoras en el proceso de selección, capacitación, evaluación, y reconocimiento del personal, con el fin de aumentar la motivación, reducir la rotación y mejorar la calidad de servicio turístico.
The present research work entitled "Human talent management and job satisfaction of Niños Hotel Cusco, 2024", aimed to determine the relationship that exists between human talent management and job satisfaction of Niños Hotel workers, this research had a quantitative approach because it is based on statistics, it is Applied type, because it seeks to deepen concepts of the variables of this study. It has a correlational level, because it established a relationship between the study variables of human talent and job satisfaction and the design was non experimental because no variable was manipulated. The population of the present research is 19 Niños Hotel collaborators; the technique used was a survey and the questionnaire instrument; The results indicate that there is a considerable positive correlation of 0.516 between human talent management and job satisfaction at Niños Hotel Cusco, in conclusion it was established that there is a significant and positive relationship between human talent management and job satisfaction at Niños Hotel Cusco, therefore it is recommended to implement improvements in the selection, training, evaluation, and recognition process of staff, in order to increase motivation, reduce turnover and improve the quality of tourism service.
