dc.description.abstract	La investigación tuvo como objetivo principal Analizar el grado de informalidad en los alojamientos del Centro Histórico del Cusco en el año 2024. Se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo y descriptivo, utilizando un diseño transversal. Los datos se recopilaron mediante observación directa y entrevistas semiestructuradas a los trabajadores de estos establecimientos, con el fin de comprender sus expectativas y necesidades. La población del estudio estuvo compuesta por trabajadores de alojamientos ubicados en el centro histórico del Cusco. El análisis de los resultados permitió identificar patrones emergentes y generar teorías basadas en los datos recopilados, contribuyendo a una mejor comprensión del fenómeno de la informalidad en este sector. Se evaluó cómo la informalidad de estos establecimientos afectaba la confianza en el entorno turístico, la calidad de vida de los visitantes y residentes, así como las implicaciones para la protección del patrimonio cultural y la autenticidad de las experiencias turísticas. Además, se analizaron las oportunidades laborales generadas por estos alojamientos y su impacto en el desarrollo turístico y económico de la ciudad.
dc.description.abstract	The main objective of the research was to analice the degree of informality in accommodations within the historic center of Cusco in 2024. A quantitative and descriptive approach was used, employing a cross-sectional design. Data were collected through direct observation and semi-structured interviews with the workers of these establishments to understand their expectations and needs. The study population consisted of workers from accommodations located in the historic center of Cusco.The analysis of the results identified emerging patterns and generated theories based on the collected data, contributing to a better understanding of the informality phenomenon in this sector. The study evaluated how the informality of these establishments affected trust in the tourism environment, the quality of life of visitors and residents, and the implications for cultural heritage protection and the authenticity of tourist experiences. Additionally, the employment opportunities generated by these accommodations and their impact on the city's tourism and economic development were analyzed.
