Abstract
The objective of this research was to describe the level of labor insertion among the graduates of ADETHO from the Escuela Superior Khiputech, Cusco, 2024. A quantitative methodology was employed, with a descriptive level, non-experimental design, and basic type. The population consisted of 95 graduates, and due to the census nature of the sample, all 95 graduates from Escuela Superior Khiputech were included. The technique used was the survey, and the instrument applied was a questionnaire. The results reveal that 44% of the graduates perceive their labor insertion as neutral, indicating that they face difficulties in finding jobs that match their academic training. Regarding the integral process of academic formation, 48% consider it neutral, suggesting that while the training is adequate, areas such as the development of technological and soft skills need improvement. In relation to the labor market, 40% of the graduates perceive it as neutral, reflecting the high competition and limited job offerings. Finally, regarding employability, 44% of the graduates also rate it as neutral, highlighting the lack of preparation in job search strategies and interview preparation. The results show that the labor insertion of graduates presents a predominantly neutral perception in key aspects such as the employment rate, interview preparation, and competitiveness in the labor market. Although some graduates consider their professional profile and information management as adequate, there are evident areas for improvement, such as autonomy, job search techniques, and the development of basic skills—essential elements to strengthen their access to the labor market, especially in the tourism sector.
